The Walking Dead’s Zombie Survival Elantra

Bath salts becoming a problem in your neighborhood? Not to worry, Hyundai’s got you covered.

To celebrate the comic’s 100th issue, The Walking Dead creator, Robert Kirkman, teamed up with the car manufacturer to design the Hyundai Elantra Coupe Zombie Survival Machine (HECZSM) which debuted at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con.

The HECZSM represents the latest development in the long line of getaway cars engineered to flee the brain-craving hordes of an undead armageddon. But with its unique combination of ride comfort, economy, oh, and options like a corpse-impaling plow and leg-mincing wheel spikes, it’s far more eager to join in the flesh nosh-athon than stick to the back roads.

So far there are no plans to include the vehicle in the TV show, which is a shame because I was looking forward to more quality family viewing.
